Academy football divisions are dictated by what category you are, this is cat 2's southern division so no winning the league wouldn't mean promotion, there's a northern league as well but you play each team in your own region home and away as opposed to only once in the other region and usually rotates home/away each season. We'd need to move to Cat 1 to play the bigger clubs and at that standard you do then have 2 divisions which has promotion/relegation between them.
