This is painful to watch - how many times have we wasted possession by booting the ball out of touch?

So, so predictable that promoting Lee Johnson’s No.2 was going to result in the same old story of poor results and deeply underwhelming performances.

Cardiff lost their goalie early on and yet couldn’t be more comfortable.

The powers that be at our club need to take a long, hard look in the mirror tonight.

Exactly, I would have been more than happy to have had McCarthy here.

We have lacked experience in the dugout for too long.

You have to laugh at the likes of Cardiff and Boro don't you? Clueless in their managerial appointments! Thank goodness our club has got a more visionary approach to its choice of humans.

This all feels very similar to me, it feels as it bid before we imploded after Johnsons old man went, we have thrown or philosophy in the bin and seem to be reverting to bringing in old past it players for "expirience" undoubtedly the rot set in under LJ and he was allowed to continue for too long, but the decision to stay with the continuity candidate will be one that comes to haunt us for a long while yet.

Mate, it all went to rat shit seasons ago. The Autumn of 2017 is almost 4 years ago.

We are a bang average championship team with no plan, no idea, no decent coaches and no leadership of of the pitch.

And that Jon is borderline incompetent and negligent from Dean. Oh alright then, it is, exactly that.

"He was good at Watford about a decade ago no?" Dean said to Simpson before they signed him.

Sums up Wells, Lanbury, Mariappa, Brunt, linked with Assombolonga etc

Exactly.

We're playing shit, and I'm not defending the performances at all.

But the bottom sides this season have been utterly abysmal- if Wycombe take a point or more today there will be 2 teams on under 1 point per game so far, them and Wednesday.

Brum if they lose (currently 0-0) will be exactly 1 point per game.

That would make 3 of the current bottom 4 on 1 ppg or less.

Its bloody fortunate we started the season so well and our points total is inflated by win lose 3 points rather than draw draw 2 points

Spot on. But Ashton didn't want an experienced manager who would stand up to him.
