Jeez
It’s usually about Feb/Mar the club start rolling out the renewals given the uncertainty it will hopefully be pushed back until we know the outlook for attending football. Hypothetically, if asked now what would you do? Who’s renewing, who’s on the fence & who’s going to renew regardless?

Ryan_BCFC
Afraid to say not one of us 4 will be there, financial reasons play a part of course but there is nothing getting us down the gate right now.

Claverham_Red
Season ticket holder of 22 years, bored senseless watching current performances so unless something drastic happens soon or performances improve, I sadly can't see myself renewing which would upset my old man who I go with. I'll still renew, things can change dramatically by then.

Dredd
Nope. This whole watching from home situation has opened my eyes to the fact that football is supposed to be entertainment. I pay to be entertained. There’s no excitement in that team, no flair, nobody crunching into tackles, nobody that I can’t wait to watch, and one shot on target every two hours. The fact that more than once this season I’ve paid for a game, turned it off bored after an hour and gone to do something else (when let’s be honest there is nothing else to do) is a telling story. The buzz of Bristol City has gone after 22 years of having a season ticket.
dREDful
Not a chance. I'm not even sure sacking Holden would get me back on board, though it will most. SL lost a lot of my patience and respect in the summer.
Monkeh
No chance I'm renewing, a season ticket is a luxury I'm planning to axe due to the current financial climate

Red-Robbo
I'll probably renew. It's like a sort of inexplicable madness with me. Other blokes gamble their houses away or become alcoholics and lose everything. I waste money following Bristol city and rarely get that much enjoyment out of it. Starbuck
However bad we are it’s not the worse I’ve seen us. I can’t wait to get back to some sort of normal match day, which unfortunately usually results in us losing, but can’t imagine not being part of the whole Saturday ritual. Furious Custard
No chance of renewal. Using the combination of lockdown and the dire performances as an opportunity to back away from the sport as a whole.
Dr Balls
There will be a hardcore (6-7000) who will renew whatever. And that’s going to be about it. Many on here have lost the love for live football and our performances this season have done nothing to encourage anyone who wants to be entertained to buy a season ticket. The appointment of Holden was a very short-sighted one and one that will come back to haunt the club both in footballing terms and financially. cidercity1987
Sod that, I tried giving them my money in August and they didnt want it. They made me an already lapsed ST holder
Robin Wood
Watching parks football would be far more enjoyable and less expensive I think its time Lansdown actually took a gamble on a proper manager and not something that resembles the three stooges
Barry Sheene
I will renew when the players and management put the same type of hard work and honesty in that I have to every working day to earn the money to pay for the season ticket. Bet you do In a normal non covid world you may be right but in the current world people will be cutting out luxuries and that's what a season ticket is, 400 quid to pay and watch this shit or 400 quid to cover the rise in the cost of living while wages stagnate and job losses continue to increase due to the economic fall out of the worse pandemic since 1919
marmite
Just makes you realise what the matchday experience is. Football at AG has been awful for a couple of years now and without the banter, drinks, socialising etc , the football as a stand alone item is not worth watching. If we get back to how things were before covid , then a beer or 2 with mates , whatever the performance makes it more appealing.. so short answer is probably yes, I will renew. I would still like Holden to go though.
Numero Uno
I will renew but if I said I was looking forward to watching Steve’s club any time soon I’d be a lying bastard.
Red Exile
We're considering. Might wait until the last possible moment and for a change of management. We've walked away before - missed the love-in with journeyman Jon Stead and the 'Run by DMc' and SOD years - don't feel we missed much. There have been plenty of times in the past 40 years when it's not been practical to have a ST - small kids, work commitments. It's often not been necessary. I can't see the Gate being packed too often under the current regime, and I can't see much danger of needing a ticket to secure a seat when we get to the Prem! zider_drinker
I will renew, but like a lot of people I am sick of watching what’s being served up at the moment. When we are able to get back down the gate I’m gunna have to hit the Thatchers bar heavy before the game, just to dull the pain of it.
Cardy
It’s a no from me. Me & the boy won’t be renewing unless there is a serious change in the dynamics & strategy of the club. Lansdown has once again shown hollow words & complete naivety with the appointment of Holden. Bristol Sport is sadly no longer the favourite play thing within Bristol Sport.
