I know you really don’t want to look at fool for having to sack your CEO, Manager and Coaches in one hit.... but if you’re looking for respect, decisive action is required and now. 

Put Tins, Scott and the under 23 manager in charge as caretakers. Get Scuddamore in as CEO - even if that’s just for a temporary basis. Then , appoint a consultant who knows about football and management and get him to interview Cook and if he’s up to the job. Appoint.

The solutions are there. 

Just do it.
