If you experience any issue please email bristolcitytvsupport@streamamg.com as soon as the fault occurs. We are unable to process refunds if the emails are sent several days later. This is taken from our FAQ on the the official site : Refunds can only be issued for those who have reported a technical issue during the game and it proves to be a fault of our providers and cannot be rectified. Please note, that if you do not watch a stream through choice, or don’t report a technical issue to customer service during the game, we will not be able to issue a refund. Performance related pay might help - Then when we are allowed back into the gate we can sing "You only earn when you're winning". Quite a catchy little song don't you think?
