Agree. But his tactics his coaching his input was putting us in rapid decline. Which ultimately destroyed the confidence of the players. Our players were like rabbits in the headlights

It is poor but they're only human.

If they're working for someone they don't respect, or they're being told to do things they disagree with that will affect motivation/effort/whatever you want to call it over time just like it would with any of us.
