I have always said chase every ball down,but just get back onside as quickly as you can Don't worry about one arm up two arms down at corners,sling it it to the far post and let those in the penalty area put the ball in the back of the for the team Playing out from the back a no no in my book "kick outs" towards the half way line in my book every time,at least a 50/50 chance it will be heading towards the opposition goal.
