It seemed to me like O'Dowda was overthinking things under LJ.  Whether he was overcoached or just too weighed down with information he seemed to lose the ability to play instinctively.   Looking at videos from his Oxford days he just breezed past defenders with ease and either crossed or shot on goal.  He seemed to play with more fluidity under DH.

Really like this 4-2-3-1 set up.  Having 2 defensive midfielders and fullbacks playing in a back for rather than obliged to go forward will give O'Dowda more freedom to go forward knowing there backup.  He will also be able to press more aggressively when out of possession.   Think he could really step up another level next season, especially with the confidence NP will give him.
