Never to the dark side
21st April will be the last planned mid week red button game that Bristol City will be involved in. I don't think we will be live on sky again this season. England games will be live on ITV.

I guess NTTDS is not into cricket as many of us are - the Sky cricket coverage is second to none and the main reason I subscribed to Sky Sports in the first place. BTRFTG
Following City's utterly useless performance midweek & in anticipation of similar yesterday I didn't bother to buy the game via Robins TV. I enjoyed a fabulous afternoon watching excellent racing & cricket coverage, full of skill, bravery and endeavour. Post Covid City's real problem will be folks like me wondering whether or not the hassle of attending games (Bristol HATES visitors) to be served up dross is worth it? Alex_BCFC
Cricket is a huge thing for me so definitely wouldn't cancel. I mean the football season ends at the end of May and will return at start of August so it is only June and July I guess you could save on if not in contract (generally a lot cheaper anyway). I agree, plus there is a lot more on Sky Sports than the football channels. Watching the various cycling tours on a sunny afternoon is great. . Sometimes nothing much happens for a couple of hours but it’s very relaxing watching the wonderful scenery pass by. Almost as good as watching the potters wheel during the interlude. winsaw
No thanks sky has the cricket which I love plus sky has the under 21 euros also I enjoy watching the rugby league, I would say I watch more sky sports in the summer than I do in the winter
richwwtk
Agreed, the cricket is the main reason for having Sky Sports, not the football.

Most of my TV watching is cycling, then Motogp/Superbikes. Eurosport coverage is excellence for cycling. I'd sooner lose football coverage before any of the others mentioned. I forgot about Eurosport as I’ve got the Virgin sports cable package. I think this is better the Sky via a satellite as it includes things such as BT Sports. BT Sports shows, amongst other things, Premiership rugby so I can enjoy watching Bristol Bears win. I’m sure there will be a few obscure sports on during the summer that I can try out. tin
I watch more live cricket on Sky than I do football, especially the Tests, so I’m happy to continue subscribing for as long as they have England’s Test match cricket.

robin_unreliant
Tried to cancel and the automated system asked me to confirm the last 2 digits of my bank account, said ok then finished the call. No email to confirm, no change showing on my account or future bills. I'm on a monthly contract for the football only. Guess I'm gonna have to find a route through to a human to check it actually cancelled. Annoying.
OneTeamInBristol
Will be cancelling NowTv after the play offs I imagine. Never to the dark side
Its up to the individual person to decide on what suits them, I have got to the stage that I am quite happy listening to the games. Then watch the highlights later on
