Robbored
With 8 games to go City are comfortably sat in mid table with little or no chance of reaching the play offs or getting relegated and it means that plans for the next campaign will need a review assuming Big Nige signs a longer contract. Ashton reckons that he and LJ planed at least 2 windows ahead but now we have a different manager who will no doubt have players in mind that he’s worked with who he feels could do a good job for us. It’ll be interesting to see now that pans out over the summer. Big Nige has only been in post for a few games but it’s clear from his interviews that he really understands the game and his initial thoughts on what City need were impressively perceptive and he wasn’t talking about players either. Personally I’m delighted that City now have a man in charge who has been there and done it and hopefully he’ll sign a longer deal. If he stays then my hopes for next season will go up massively. Fjmcity
Don’t feel I can look forward to next season properly until Pearson is signed on. To much about his past (and ours!) suggests it could go t*ts up. when this is finally on the OS, I shall believe
