Had one of the biggest budgets each year. 21st, 5th, 11th and now 8th. it’s a serial failure from Cooper given the expectations of the board and budget. They’ve been patient with him for 4 years now. No surprise at this really, given his contract is up at the end of the season, they’re on a major slump, so a new manager bounce might get them enough points to get in the playoffs.
