Malago
Like the first team, far too easy to play through at the back.
Port Said Red
Played well, our left back looks good too. I think overall we were a bit toothless, which I suppose is partly down to the promotion of the young strikers into the first team squad.

cidered abroad
The FA Youth Cup can give us an idea of who may make the grade as league footballers but that can be a bit hit and miss due to differing development rates among teams. It is also wise not to make definite predictions about the progress of individuals as this years unnoticed one can easily be next year's star in the making. Having said that, the years past when we've had very good runs in this Cup, have been the ones when most graduated to the first team. A good effort this year and this should become our minimum expectation each year if we are to bring more than one a season to league status. With the Under 23's top of the league, we appear to be bringing good future league players through which boxes well for our future.
