And then the Dulux social media admin went rogue in their replies! And then those tweet replies had to be deleted, and Dulux had to issue an apology... Reminds me of when a Celtic-supporting freelancer at BBC Scotland Sport decided to give an online picture of Rangers' captain Barry Ferguson a 4-letter alt-tag beginning with C. Of course, these alt-tags can be read by a number of people with disability access programmes.
