Bakinson's goal was unbelievable, and some other bits we're good too, but he wasn't faultless. Still saw some sloppy play from him on the ball and once or twice caught napping. Take the goal out and I don't think he played much better than Massengo or Lansbury. Quote Link to comment

Not good enough when playing Wycombe. It just isn't. Person has got to be given at the very least untill Christmas before he can be judged properly. Squad overhaul in the summer and settling in of new players. If he gets it all right, I expect a 10th to 6th place finish (I believe that's where we are as a club, and I'm happy with that) If he gets it wrong, he will be gone. dog fight until end of next season. I'm thankful he's here, realistically he's the best we could hope for right now. Just hope he gets it right. Coyr If you look at the subs he was definitely going for the win at 1-1 (eg Palmer for Nagy) but unfortunately it just made us worse Quote Link to comment

He gets back in to help Sess with the mismatch he’s got with Ikpeazu. Then he pisses off and leaves them 3 on 3 at the back from the cross and leaving Sess no chance with a total mismatch. He’s effing useless and has zero game awareness. Kinda not a right sided Midfielder- why play people out of position. Quote Link to comment

My post to you was a tad harsh, apologies for that. Happy to watch back post match interview again- I read some comments post match quickly. I think he (Nagy) can get some unfair stick personally. However Pearson is one whose judgement should be trusted and (within finance) should be given carte blanche. Edited April 23, 2021 by Mr Popodopolous Quote Link to comment

Nothing to do with where he was playing. He’d done the hard bit and got back in. Then he went braindead and ran back out again leaving a 3 on 3 and a 5ft7in full back on his own against a 6ft3in striker. As I’ve said before with Nagy, he runs a lot but has little defensive awareness. Also, watch the goal back again. Nagy is actually anticipating Sess to win the header as he’s running off to the left expecting a flick on Edited April 23, 2021 by Harry Quote Link to comment
