Pearson - has he made a difference? 9 points from 33 [exc. Boro]. Have the players switched off? Absolute shambles of a club on and off the field [except for the infrastructure!]
Countryfile
Our CEO is leaving. Our club secretary is leaving. Our Chairman is completely absent. Our manager has a couple of weeks left on his contract. 11? Players are OOC in a couple of weeks. The owner has spent 100 million+. We could still get relegated. I’ve stopped caring......laughing stock.
Lrrr
We have 14 injuries to players in the first team squad, can’t be forgotten despite a change of manager. Pearson doesn’t have a bench full of senior players to call on to change the game and it means he has minimal options when selecting a starting XI. People on here reckon he’s making staffing changes in the summer, how can you properly judge him if he doesn’t have the staff he wants to work with, hasn’t had a chance to change the squad while working with an injury ravaged one and hasn’t had a pre season to work with the players to truly work on his style of football? Hazelboy
Who would you trust to rebuild your squad into the promotion chasing team Lansdown expects them to be? Nigel Pearson Mark Robins Michael Appleton Russel Martin Ryan Lowe Despite not impressing using a pretty terrible squad assembled by Johnson & Holden and ravaged by injury/ recurring injuries under the medical staff (Ashtons mates) there’s only one winner for me! Do I think Pearson will be manager next season? Absolutely not, would be done already if he was going to be!

Was given F all to work with at Preston and got them finishing top half, had far bigger issues than what could be seen on the surface this season but seemingly passed off as Neil’s fault. Neil is prepared to do the project style job, understands best players get sold etc, just given him the ability to actually spend money on players. Keepers Ball
I'm looking forward to the end of the season just like a majority of these so called players. And the sooner we see the back of these wasters the better.

exAtyeoMax
A good listen apart from the bit where Ian was muted and couldn’t hear what he was saying about bottlers in the team

Appreciate injuries, but the games have been less congested thus allowing time on the training ground, but still no improvement. I wonder whether there is a covid impact on Pearson and he’s not the same manager as he was before?
CotswoldRed
This point about not punishing the fans that was covered. That's just unavoidable. You don't overlook sending someone to prison because it will affect their family.

Wish you and Ian were on the board, that would stir things up.
