At least tonight you will see a team of MEN playing with PASSION at Ashton gate entertaining their fans on tv as BRISTOL BEARS take the field .pearson should take the city players along and get joe Joyce to tell em what it means to win in Bristol

Don't tempt fate!

It's an interesting idea, Holden was a bit of a 'PASHUN' merchant, but with him it turned out to be just cliche and hot air.

I think 'passion' for the team is more than just screaming and shouting, it's playing for the shirt, showing togetherness and team spirit. GJ's 06/07 and 07/08 sides had this, as did Cotterill's double winning side. You could also argue that the LJ's best teams (ie around the team we beat Man United and did pretty well vs City) also demonstrated this.

It takes a skilled manager to create this, you need the right blend of personalities.
