Andy Rolls Leaving

Posters shouldn’t be so quick to suggest Pearson played a part in this.
If you recall, Mark Ashton told us in January that he’d be conducting a review of the injury crisis.
Perhaps, 3 months on, this is the result of Mark’s vigorous and rigorous internal review. He leaves no stones left unturned ya know.

BOOM, well the pressure is definitely going to be on the OTIB collective next season.

Ashton and Rolls were the problem as per the general wisdom?

Or not?

We'll find out.

If they weren't, no reason to sack him, is there?

Pearson must have flagged something, player opinion perhaps?

Its a good point, but if that was the case, Mark Ashton would have completed his vigorous review, interviewed some of Europes finest experienced medical and rehab specialists, and then appointed Rolls assistant as his replacement based on the fact he was quite a nice bloke.

I’m glad that this signals changes behind the scenes following the announcement of MA’s departure. Hopefully a sign that SL is aware of the issues and is addressing them.

Off to Ipswich?

They’d better buy in some more treatment tables.

Perhaps he said "Holy crap and you're f****d"!

Don't forget he's still working here "until the end of the season".

Takes a long time to package up the potted plants, a few desk ornaments, assorted stationery , the "You don't have to be mad to work here - but it helps" mug and his AZ of East Anglia.

Gutted. Wishing you all the very best in your next job Andy.

That’s probably the only injury we haven't suffered this season.
