RIP Scooter.
What a top top bloke.
Always had time for me and my mates, organiser of many an away day, and organiser of many trips with England.
Loved and respected not just by many City fans but others across the country from his England trips.
I first met him in the back room of the Rising Sun in about 1992/3 ish. He said “Hi mate. I’m Paul. You lot should come away with England with us”.
And that was that. Lovely bloke.
RIP mate xx

Was such a pleasure to know Paul, and be able to call him a true friend

Spent many an hour having a pint talking about football and life at City and England games

He was the friendliest and most humble guy you could meet

I'm glad I got a chance to see him in person in Weston a few weeks back
