Avoid the Budweiser one. Tastes like sparkling water.

The Peroni, Heineken and Punk AF ones are good.

Just a shame Fosters and Carling haven’t started theirs yet as they would be a gamechanger IMHO.

I thought Fosters and Carling already did!

Use the salad cream as a dip, don’t just slather it all over!

I am trying to mentally prepare myself.

Don't take the piss out of Fosters or Carling.... it needs all the flavour it can get.

Both drinks fall in to the category of cooking-lager. Awful stuff.

I must learn to overcome my fears.Salad cream on sausages just feels a bit like an  I'm A Celebrity, Bushtucker/testicle moment!

I suspect you may be confusing your sausage and your testicles.

The salad cream is for your sausage, and you should not let it get anywhere near your testicles - very messy, and it’s difficult to get the hairs out of your teeth.

You do raise an interesting point here... non alcoholic beer.

I had a Heineken a while back and it wasn't as bad as I was expecting, but I'd love some recommendations for booze-free-booze.

Brewdog Punk AF, Becks Blue, Shipyard Low Tide, Clausthaler AF and Erdinger AF are all good beers.

Sorry, memory failure….battered sausage wasn’t it. ???

Two large battered sausages, with a saucer of salad cream on the side as a dip.

Large chips. No salt and vinegar. Chips covered in lashings of Lea & Perrins.

All washed down with a nice cold Foster, leaving three more for the match.

COME ON ENGLAND

At home. Since lockdown I've been on the non-alcoholic beers and I'll be honest it's been blooming brilliant not having a stinking hangover the following day. So will buy a pack of Bavaria 0% or a few bottles of Erdinger 0% and kick back on the sofa and (try to) enjoy the game.

Ever tried Sheppys alcohol free cider?bloody lovely.lots of alcohol free choices now.

Drinking alcohol free beer is like buying a buttplug if you dont have an arsehole IMHO

Reading your reply draws two conclusions for me.

1. You have a buttplug that sadly, you can't use.

Or;

2. You are an advocate of buttplug usage, and are probably wearing one now.
