Someone seriously feels they're in a position to criticise a ground with one bad end?

Ah.....so covid is responsible for them playing their marquee signings in front of marquees?  Right you are.  For all in tents and purposes they may have a point...they couldn't upgrade their tents to gazebo's with Go Outdoors closed I suppose!

Good what now?!?

They're hilarious!  The number of them taking his dig about the ground as a personal attack on them is mind boggling!

They're FOOOOMIN everywhere

They’ve noticed another one of their ex players liking the comment as well.

Hard to take for the majority of them who believe the bullshit they spout about themselves being loved by everyone who wears that shit looking shirt for a living.

Obviously the tax dodger Pantsdown has paid them to post. No-one could possibly believe players would really say these things about the universally loved special club admired by football fans the world over.

Bloody huge, we should be grateful to share a City with such a 'big' club!

No I can't keep it up, just over 7.000 is a big club? We average over 21,000 and don't consider ourselves a 'big' club! ???'s

Obviously, this wasn't the relegation season.

Have to give the Mackems credit too, that's some average in L1.

When we got relegated and when cotts came in we were getting between 11 and 12 k were we not at the bottom? But no there's some reason they would dream up of why they would do better.

Of course Weepy, we shouldn't let facts get in the way of their ostrich like delusion after all.

For a club without a pot to piss in, no money to buy land, or actually build a stadium on that land pus their shite crowds that don't even come close to warranting something of this size, they aren't half ambitious dreaming big.

Yes, that's hotel as well.

Anyone got a couple of hundred £Million spare?

They would only need to open one end but let's not allow that to get in the way of their total pipe dream eh!

Nice parting shot from the player Joey Barton publicly criticised. That will get the fewers in a frenzy. I like Max Ehmer he knows

And liked by current players Daly and Tutonda.  What a basket case that club is.................

Re https://www.gloscricket.co.uk/gccc-history/

To sum up, Mangotsfield+Coalpit Heath -> West Gloucestershire CC -> Gloucestershire CC.  Been at Neville Road since 1889.  I think that means that they can consider themselves Bristol's cricket team!

They have it on us by 5 years.

As you are such a huge ‘Glos’ fan, I reckon you should have known it’s actually called  ‘Nevil Road’ (embarrassing!) - anyway, you totally gloss (glos?! ?) over some significant facts; such as Gloucestershire CCC played at The Wagon Works Ground in Gloucester between 1923 and 1992 and tried to go back there to make it their permanent headquarters in 2012 as they obviously realised they were ‘squatting’ in another county - they also played ‘home’ games at the County Ground in Swindon, Wiltshire, between 1970 and 1992 - squatting in another county - they also played “at home” in Trowbridge, Wiltshire, as recently as 1989 - again, squatting in another county - and they’ve also played genuine home games in other venues in their real home county at cricket grounds such as The College Ground, Cirencester Park, The Spa Ground, Batsford Road, The East Gloucestershire Cricket Ground, The Victoria Ground, The Erinoid Ground, The Recreational Trust Ground, Swilgate, Dowty Arle Court and Archdeacon Meadow - and all these are located in Gloucester, Cheltenham, Lydney, Tewkesbury, Cirencester, Stroud, Morton-in-Marsh etc - suggesting that, deep down, they know where their real home county is - pity their attempt to move back home permanently in 2012 didn’t come off ...

We were getting over 10k at home scraping draws against Colchester and Shrewsbury whilst bottom of L1 with O’Driscoll in charge.
