I have to say this quite quietly as it makes me feel slightly nauseous to praise an ex Sag manager and Swindle however Garner has done a good job there so far.

Let's be honest, he got the job because the club was an absolute wreck and based on his previous form with the methane snorters he wasn't likely to get too many offers of employment.

Since he's signed on he's assembled an entirely new squad out of thin air and won 2 and drawn 1 of his first 4 games.

Meanwhile, at delusion central Barton can't win a coin toss with a two headed coin

Oh dear, how sad, never mind.

A fair reflection on Garner to date. Also bare in mind 4 weeks ago we only had six pros including a goalkeeper and an 18 year old who hadn't played league football. Since then we've brought in 15 players all on a capped wage  under the embargo Power left us in and many of those signings have only had 2-3 weeks pre-season so we're effectively 3-4 weeks behind all of the other teams in league 2. What's impressive is how quickly Garner has gelled those young players together and created a great team spirit. No excuses just head down and plenty of hard work backed by a now decent chairman and a director of football who knows how to spot players and attract the likes of Johnny Williams to a league 2 club who were days from going out of business.

We did, 1-0 both games, I think Fear scored up there and Jon Emmanuel at AG,

" Ritchie's stirring display reduces United to a state of panic, though it is Emmanuel who secures the points by firing in as Fear's shot is cleared off the line. Tommy Docherty is surely joking with is comment that "City were the most defensive home side we have played this season" "

1 nil, Tommy. 1 nil. (Attendance 28,104. United remained top despite defeat, City are 4th.)

"A first half bomb warning adds to the frenzied atmosphere of this clash. The closest United come to a goal is an early 30-yarder from Steve James that hits the crossbar but for City Gillies hooks the ball low into the Stretford End net in the third minute of injury time to clinch victory"

That's 2 nil now, Tommy. Y'gobshite. (Attendance 47,118. United still top, City 5th.)

Just to bring it back the the blue few gAssholes - a month prior to our win at Old Trafford we'd taken the piss at Eastville, winning 4-1 (Fear 2, Mann, Tainton).

Great days.

I see City draw 0-0 with Utd at Ashton Gate in 77/78 in front of 36,000

If I recall kreckly, Man Utd drew 28k at AG that season, and 19k at Eastville. We are the Many, they are The Few.

You do remember krekly, just looked up that attendance at Eastville - 19,337. But given there were probably 10,000 manure fans there...

A creditable 1-1 draw for the crapkit buffoons though, as they struggled to avoid relegation.

It's always nice to see him in person?

He's like a scouse builder who promises he's got the skill and ability to fit a wetroom but in reality can't even change a tap washer. He's got to stay, because he's taking them down. What an absolute clown belter he is.

I wonder if there's an emergency board meeting planned without him tomorrow?

Some clarity appears to be hitting them.

Waels a sh** owner.

Starnes is a sh** CEO.

Widdrington is a sh** DOF.

Barton is a sh** manager. As are his staff.

The players are sh**.

I would say that the club is absolutely sh** from top to bottom, let alone a mess.

Own up, which one of us has infiltrated AssChat this evening?
