Major Isewater
The striker Joey boy wanted to keep at all costs? Is Wally deliberately provoking Liverpool’s greatest ever manager ? The Gasheads probably think this leaves the door open to bring in Ronaldo.

Red Army 75
Funny when they signed these players last season rovers fans were getting all moist. Brilliant signing HMS piss the league you know the usual delusion. Now they are leaving, he’s shit worse player to wear the famous quarters. The players leaving must feel like they just been released from prison. And realise what a small shitty vile club they are. Especially with Joey bag in charge. Reality bites for the gappers tomorrow when they face the mighty Barrow

Malago
I’m no expert in artificial intelligence, but by sending the Sags to Barrow during the August bank holiday weekend, it seems to me that the EFL fixtures computer definitely has a sense of humour. 1

Things are looking good since Power sold up and the new chairman has been a breath of fresh air and a real people person who wants to mix with the community and a great atmosphere both at home and away. Ben Garner has quietly gone about his business and talks really well in his interviews and along with the Director of football Ben Chorley they've bought in some decent players for league two including Ben Gladwin & Johnny Williams. Jo Jo in goal has been immense which proves he always has the abality but hard to get his opportunity when you had proven goalkeepers ahead of him. Shaun Taylor will always be a legend for both our clubs and reminds me of Terry Butcher with his bravery and he's currently head of academy at Torquay United.

Who'd have thought that Rovers' rise to the Premier league, under the lovely Wael, would take a detour via League 2 fixtures away at Barrow, Harrogate & Salford..?! At least none of them made stupid, gloating videos that they'd later regret posting on social media platforms..!

Lanterne Rouge
The travelling hordes must have left by now. Anyone spotted a vast convoy of coaches and minibuses heading up the M5? It`ll probably look like a traveller one from the 80s if you are keeping an eye out. Just look for the clouds of diesel and oil smoke belching out of them.
Fordy62
“Luckily the majority of our fans are smart enough to realise there are going to be some tough times and some indifferent results”. Yep. That’s perfectly consistent with: ”We will get promoted this season, no doubt about it.” 2

wendyredredrobin
Surely it won't be Barrow in Furness, it wilk be Joey in Furnace if they lose again today. When is his trial now scheduled for (or should I say trials)? Hoping to be selected for jury service (can I wear my red and white scarf?).
