We probably took more away on Tuesday than some teams take supporters in total across the whole season.

Anyone know how many thousands they took to Colchester?

The attendance at the match was 2,069 of which 237,000 were from Bristol.

Over 1,200 watched on telly (this of course could be any amount from 1,200 to infinity)

Bigger club compared to most?

Forest, Derby, Sheffield Utd, Boro, Birmingham City, Coventry, West Brom, Stoke, Fulham are all bigger clubs. You could argue that Huddersfield, Blackburn are as well. We’re not ‘bigger’ than QPR, Swansea, Cardiff, Preston, Hull, Barnsley and Millwall. Bournemouth have recent Premier League history.

What does that leave us with?

I have to agree with POHH here. At this level apart from a cup run, you have to go back to 2008 for some relative success. The majority of the clubs in our leageue have played in the Premier League or had play offs or cup success. So I think our support is fine

Pretty much every person involved in the singing section on this forum complained bitterly about how poor the sound was from the Atyeo when they were in there, now we have people moaning they want to go back?

Anyway, going back to the Bradford City away attendance, fair play if they can get close to it but I doubt the team will match the performance on the pitch.

When was the last time City ‘ ran riot ‘ ?

Attendance: 2,069 (257 Bristol Rovers fans).

Colchester fans seem to have forgotten that this was actually a Cup Final as it was, by some way, their lowest home attendance of the season.

In all fairness many Rovers fans will have stayed home to go to the intermediate manual prepreg techniques course at Emersons Green
