'You are 19th in the queue' was when I joined...I agree very poor and even worse why this wasn't publicised to save people waiting in a queue on the already jammed phone line to find this out ! It is nice to see though that in an ever-changing, fast-moving world, Bristol City FC retain certain traditions - of which sending Members Cards out late is characteristic of our stellar customer service.
