I am a little concerned to see Semenyo wincing so much during that exercise routine, he might be further away from being involved than we thought. You can definitely see the two sets of 4 forwards working together in the shooting drills. C'OD, Palmer, Wiemann & Martin or Scott, Nagy, HNM (I think) and Wells.
