Cider_boy
that is disappointing, having dominated against a newly promoted team Quote Link to comment
petehinton
Don’t want to be too negative but if our main gameplan is Martin up top by himself then **** me we aren’t gonna have many goals to celebrate 4 1 Quote Link to comment

bexhill reds
Mmm, okayish, some tidy play at times, lost our way second half. Not enough movement up front for me. Palmer and James like playing through balls, no one really making runs through the middle to encourage that. Ended up a bit like last year, deep crosses to no one. Quote Link to comment
EstoniaTallinnRed
Usual City, never can see a game out, lot's of experience on the field, dominated the game and threw it away with 10 seconds to go. NP has got to stop this switching off, it a priority. Quote Link to comment
Major Isewater
We need to run towards adversity. 1 Quote Link to comment

Top Robin
If we had a proper striker who can convert chances we may have put the game to bed in the first half. 1 Quote Link to comment

BanburyRed
Well that's disappointing but some bloody doom mongers on here. Let's have it right, plenty of chances to have this game out of sight, more chances in one game than most of last season put together, a late sucker punch, Blackpool were dogshit. We'll be absolutely fine this season based on that. 5 Quote Link to comment
Jerseybean
Most obviously we always needed a second goal to be sure. Pros - our energy and shape especially in the first half, created several good chances, AS and SB being trusted Cons - it looked like they might sneak one and so late on they did, us not hitting the target with good chances (COD and AW in particular), COD getting injured early on Thought we might just make it a home win and a clean sheet, but hey we are Bristol City! cityexile
Work in progress innit. Did more than enough to win, played at times some half decent stuff, should have won. Mind you, not sure we will have many worse teams than Blackpool at AG. Ho hum. Edited August 7, 2021 by cityexile 2 Quote Link to comment
