Sorry does matter Marcus.

Youve been conditoned to think your not racist when you are.

You wont know.

Its deep.

Deeper than you can even know.

Because you can't.

And only those who don't share your identity know this.

Nothing you can do or say changes your guilt and privilege.

Until you share their lived in experience and identity which you can't.

Get down on your knee.

NWO.

Watching Peterborough v Derby. Neither team “took the knee” before kickoff and instead both teams stood around the centre circle as a stand against all forms of discrimination. The gesture avoided any negative connotations and was immaculately observed by the crowd.

They stood in a line, which has no links to the black community, which the knee does. Find something else is fine, but needs to be with the backing of the black community.

It doesn’t have to have links to the black community or be sanctioned by them……. It’s a statement by various ethnicities to fight all forms of discrimination so people can display that in any form they wish.

I’m not totally sure it’s necessary for them to apologise for your lack of comprehension skills.

In the run up to the season, the club made it crystal that people were taking the knee for all social injustices, a gesture I approve of and support.

The SC&T jumped on the if you booed you're racist bandwagon.

I don't agree with the booing whatsoever. Neither do I agree with the poorly worded statement against those who voiced opposition.
