Norn Iron
Really annoying for you. It would be far better for you to write a complaint letter/email to their head office and explain what had happened plus why you have difficulties using a machine. A decent company would value your feedback. In the past, when I've written i normally get a decent response. Sometimes I even get a voucher to be used as a goodwill gesture. If you complain on behalf of others who are in a similar situation to yourself, you will get KFC to react positively and deal with your lack of customer service. Should you want to PM me your draft copy, I'll gladly help and will return it with any suggestions/amendments. Let us know how you get on.

AshtonGreat
I agree those machines are a pain. Much slower than ordering the usual way, and also much less hygienic
