Definitely didn't deserve the loss, maybe on the whole we deserved the win. Positives here and we need to show them next game.

It's better that it has been but against sides that are likely to be mid table at best is 1 good chance really good enough? I still haven't seen anything that makes me think we will be any better than bottom 6.

Hmmm disappointing that we cant do **** all at home. Bit of a lucky goal from them and its changed the game. We looked absolutely clueless last 20 mind and Semenyo didnt impact the game at all. But its still better than last season.

Watching at home I have to say that tonight's all round performance was the most positive in a very long time. Lots of good signs for the future.

I'm sure there will be some who don't see it that way...I say, perspective needed. This will be a long haul. But we have finally shaken off the negativity of the previous couple of managers and tried to play our own game. Undone by a bit of a freak goal.

I think we can count ourselves unlucky there.

Massengo a real positive, Wells was disappointing, need a better option, similarly Semenyo, not gonna attract buyers based on tonight...but the team played well, especially Scott and Pring

Well if we can finish our chances I think we'll be fine. Good performance but lacking a cutting edge.

One of those really frustrating matches. Got mugged a bit and first goal gave them something to hang on to.

Not sure we have the right full backs for a four, but across the match should have got something out of it.

Absolutely frustrating we did not deserve to lose that.

Swansea horrible cynical side who won’t be achieving much this year but by god we need to be more clinical.

Martin sticks in the early chance I think we go on and win comfortably but that’s football for you

Thought we played OK but we clearly lack quality in attacking areas and both our full-backs look a liability defensively. Lost at home to a poor Swansea team IMO, although Grimes was comfortably the best player on the pitch.

Disappointing, but reasons to be optimistic, Pring aside we need 2 new FBs and some form of target man, Martin bullied all night. we were our own undoing again, ref poor.

We have clinical finishers. It's how we've been able to score goals these past two years - few high quality chances, finished well. Unless Fam was the clinical one all along then it's more a case of tonight our finishing was a bit off. Generally we are a pretty clinical side in comparison to most.

Why? What stand did you watch from? I was in the Dolman watching Simpson have no support at all that first half.

So undeserved. The second half was more even and our attacks were less effective, but their best player probably was the referee, who gifted them a lot of free kicks whereas he didn'r punished many of their fauls. Shame, but I hope that similar performances will bring us points soon.

Frustrating or what! Generally the performance was OK but we got done through one mistake. Weimann certainly got blocked off a few times, not every time he claimed, but nothing coming from the ref

Much better second half, only one team deserved to win that and it wasn’t them.

I don’t know why we don’t use our width, particularly the left. We also look back inside, was almost like watching England at times in that we never once switched the ball or bypassed a player to move it quicker. 
They looked to do that every time in the first half and regularly dropped a switch ball in behind our full backs that we couldn’t handle.

on that showing I don’t think we will go down, but we need to be more clinical and effective in the final third. Our crossing was pretty crap too, most of semenyos balls were really poor except one I think

Agreed, I thought he was more eye catching, but Sky Sports clearly on the Swansea love-in tonight.

Pring’s just about the only player at the club capable of delivering from out wide. We looked directionless when he and Scott went off.

Loads of positives overall though. We certainly won’t get relegated playing like that and we’ve looked a relegation team since fans were last inside the ground.
