Yate v Dover Tuesday Night

Whether it's Tuesday or not but Yate Town will certainly be seeing a lot more of me this season.

Can take my 2 year old to run around or sit in the clubhouse, cannot at City

Can park, cannot at City

Can watch competitive football, cannot at City against parachute clubs

What are Yate's hopes for the season Yatetownfc?

I’d say a good season for Yate would be around where they are now, mid-table to top half. Still one of the smaller clubs at that level - compare to WSM, who Yate beat last Tuesday. If they can get in the top 8 or so it’d be a great result, and the housing development that’s helping provide funds for Lodge Road will help move the club forwards.

Been down three times this season. Really enjoy it and a nice change of pace from City.

Well at the start of the season it was just to avoid relegation as the step up from the two southern leagues is quite a big one but the current management set up is one of the best I've seen down Yate since I started going 9 years ago. We beat Weston last week and I've heard he's hoping for a play off push, probably a big ask but who knows?

Love non league, I went to watch Melksham town v Plymouth Parkway last Saturday. Plymouth were 3 nil up at half time , Melksham made two subs around the hour mark who completely changed the dynamic of the team …final score Melksham 4 - Plymouth Parkway 3 …attendance 378 . What a game! …

Not the first time this season Plymouth have done that.

They were 2-0 up at Manor Farm a few weeks ago and lost 4-2

Scenes at Yate mind

I sm not surprised by my reckoning they have made just over  £20,500 in prize money alone from their cup run so far. They could double that again if they surprise Yeovil.

They started at 1st round qualifying.
