Thought our luck had changed but no. Knew we were down driving home that day. Might have been. I was away that weekend but checked the score on my phone and was like "We're staying up". Later, 1-0 became 1-1 soon became 2-1 and yeah what a collapse. The results and performances thereafter were mainly total collapse.- definitely have a vague recollection of their 2 goals coming in fairly quick succession? He’s just shrugging his shoulders and laughing at our situation in most interviews. Fascinating comment- clearly time away from day to day otib is not such a bad thing. I've thought long and hard about Pearson and being ( generally) in the happy clapper camp - I try to look at the positives. I look back at Managers like Cooper, Jordan, Millen ,Johnson, Cotterill & Johnson and however they did they were totally and utterly City through and through and just loved our club- I met all of them except Terry ( maybe the best) and they just oozed love of BCFC.... I find Pearson totally disconnected to us and someone just making a living knowing his best times may well be behind him. I have no doubt he wants to succeed but I suspect he just doesn't have the same deep passion he's had in the past. And maybe that's why his team perform as they do.
woodsyred
We are sleeping walking towards league 1 this has been a slow decline but the way we play no game plan hoofball no width creating very little and totally rudderless and that includes the manager
