Red Army 75
Glad he’s back and hopefully fully recovered as we need Nigel Pearson firing on 100% . Great boost for the weekend IMO

LondonBristolian
Thank Christ. If Kalas is out and Atkinson or Baker missing, we might need him in central defence... 1 1
Alessandro
Great to see him back and on his feet. Doesn’t look like any resignation or shuffling out is imminent….. 1
Sarumred
Welcome back Nige. I just hope he's 100% fit and ready to lead us out of the hole we have dug for ourselves.

The post seem to think Kalas only has a light injury so might be alright for Saturday.
Desso
Hope he's well enough to stand on the touchline and hand out a few rollickings. Edited November 18, 2021 by Desso
RedRoss
Glad he's back of course but I hope this hasn't been expedited to squash conspiries regarding his health or return date. Just hope he's well which is the main thing.

But it appears in the run-up to his enforced absence, that may well have been the case.
CHIPLEY RED
On a personal note its good to see him back to what looks like good health, i hope he is fully recovered. From a footbally perspective I'm not sure what difference it will make. We were crap befor he went off ill, we were crap when he was off ill so i guess we will be crap now hes back - or am i being negative.
tin
Great to see him back but he has very little time to work with the squad before Saturday. Hopefully he can get the solidity back which we started the season with. I'd settle for a 0-0 right now, if only to boost the back-line's confidence! Yes we have been crap (since he took the job to be fair, mostly) BUT perhaps he has been unwell the whole time and unable to give his best and now the "real" NP is back in town and we will see improvement. Fordy62
First time round covid took me 6 weeks to get rid of… I just hope he’s fit.

Hampshire reds
It is good to see Nigel back and hopefully full fit. On a football front he and the club desperately need a result on Saturday. if we get a bad result and performance then steve has a massive decision to make. Fingers crossed we are all smiling come 5pm sat.

It is a worry that he is back so quickly but perhaps he needed to spend a couple of weeks outside of the "pressure cooker" as much as the rest for illness. For definite a win on Saturday will make him feel a whole lot better I would guess.

They seem to be having relapses about once every 4 weeks. Let's hope everyone is 100% very soon.

And Its Smith
Whoever has merged KITR thread with the Nige is back thread has got it wrong somewhat I’d say. Clearly at that time RG had no idea how serious Nige’s illness was and essentially sat on the fence. Sensible approach to take imv.
