Come on that was a great interview. Came across very well looked keen sharper than of late and above all seemed relaxed and healthy and happy.  Always worth listening properly to what he Says. You can lose interest if you want but at your loss. Very considered guy who given time will sort this club out. He can get a bit deep but what he says is spot on. Well done boss.

Yes totally agree NP sounding right on the job and looking and sounding well. Which is great and last two performances a big move in the right direction. But this rebuild still come down to Lansdown and the money he is allowed to and is willing to put into new players . Because the current squad is not good enough

Great interview. Very good questions by James piercy which got more out of him regarding difference in coaching experienced v inexperienced players plus about O’dowda & Bakinson changing the way he plays.

James Piercy and his written work is a massive step up in quality for the Post. He prepares very well and balances his comment. Seems like Nige has appreciated the improvement in journalism too.

What is James Piercy's regular work at Bristol live?

Aren't they adverting for GmG replacement?

James is the Sports Director for Bristol Post, in effect he was Gregor’s boss.

Yes, they were advertising (think it’s closed now).

They’ve got a work placement in too at the mo’, Tom Coley, who is doing a nice job too.

Interesting that he spoke about players having different learning styles and mentioned visual learners, which anyone with teaching experience will be familiar with.

He also made the observation that too much information can be detrimental, something that has been a concern in the past.

Interesting about visual learners- I always thought I was one and them this made a lot of sense.
