I complained a few weeks ago to the clubs Twitter and they advised me to email bristolcitysupport@streaming.com 

 

Explained my issues which sounded similar to yours and never heard anything back from them, not even a email to say the problem had been fixed so I could carry on watching the game.

Very bad customer service from the club for Robins TV

Too be honest getting a reply from anybody at Bristol city is a challenge, considering we’re consumers !!

i think you mean streamamg, but yeah they have a sort of hopeless, incompetent and just couldn't care less way of doing things (or not doing things)
