Dullmoan Tone Posted December 4, 2021 Report Share Posted December 4, 2021 I noticed today while the referee was waiting for the players pre game, he made a point of going over and shaking Wayne Rooney’s hand. Is this normal practice, or was this the start of trying to ingratiate himself with England’s record goal scorer by giving soft bookings and not punishing fouls on our players?
