If you use a vpn it is

I’m not going to be a hypocrite because that’s how I’ll be watching today . Like Wednesday , I got home fairly late from work but in the past I would rush to get ready to get to the game . I didn’t bother because I knew I could watch it on sky even though I got a season ticket. I’ve gone to two away games this season when normally I would of been to 10 or more over a season.
I’m as much to blame as anyone , but the cheap streaming of games is killing attendances home & away .

I don’t think it is really.  I don’t think that many fans watch via a VPN online.  And out of the fans that do, not everyone would go if it wasn’t on.  Certainly not to away games.

Well me & quite a few of my mates have got it & it’s 100% impacted how many away games we go to. If you multiply that across the country then it’s probably a few thousand that would normally go. Apart from the gas of course

January 1st - got a very low-key announcement as an aside in this article: https://www.bcfc.co.uk/news/janneh-joins-shrewsbury-town-on-loan/

The salient extract reads:

Elsewhere, City have also brought in 19-year-old Duncan Idehen on a six-month contract.

The central defender arrives as a free agent, having previously progressed through the player pathway at Grimsby Town prior to his departure from the Mariners in October.
