pongo88
City had a period a few years ago when players would come in on loan, have one touch, get carried off injured, and never be seen again

He was Ali Dya and came on as substitute for Southampton but was later substituted himself. Although only with the club for a few weeks the fans gave him a song - “Ali Dya, your a liar, your a liar”. Much better than some of the song suggestions on the forum

The Gambler
Are there any players that have had a premier league appearance and not touched the ball at all?

Yes, there was a FA cup game this year and one of the non-league teams had a player who came through the ranks at Chelsea. He made 1 sub appearance and only came on for 30 seconds and didn’t touch it. Cant remember his name or his club though.
