Excellent game management!

I can’t remember how many times this season Nige has complained about City not seeing the game out when ahead - well he’ll be a nappy bunny after todays win at Stoke.

I thought City  coped really well after Dasilva’s wonder strike……...   and saw the game out the way Nige would have wanted. Oddly enough I wasn’t feeling anxious about holding on at all and that’s unusual!

It does tbf. Williams out and HNM in. Would be silly to risk Williams. If he pulls up now he misses the last three games.

Didn't NP allude to him and his staff sitting down this week to work on how to change things ? Sure I read that somewhere.

Second half especially we looked extremely well drilled and organised, players knowing their jobs and responsibilities. Their was an obvious game plan and strangely I never though we were going to lose (even after we scored !).

This is the sort of performance I thought NP was going bring when he walked in, not the omnishambles of last week.

What today does do is dispatch any of those ludicrous ideas that this squad of players isn't good enough to compete in this Division.

Really good and if that is now the default performance have no problem with him staying.

Would like to see cam pring, what has he done wrong?

Nothing.

Player in his position playing better.

Cam has made amazing strides this season.  Since he made his first start v Reading (a) he’s appeared in every match day squad…23 starts, 9 subs, 8 unused.  That is pretty good going.  Just the usual ups and downs of a player in his first season at this level…he’d barely played much at the level below in fairness.

I'm hoping for a positive couple of results before end of season

 No more tears please.

Different era now, we've moved on from Johnson and Johnson.

Thankfully. I got fed up with the club being run like a family corner shop.

Btw - you forgot to mention smarmy Ashton moving on. That was another relief.
