Never to the dark side
Ben Tomer from Lancashire normally does the 1st and 2nd divisions. 29 games 84 yellows and four red cards this season.

How many penalties? Is he a favourite at the 50p Mem?
cidercity1987
First Championship game ever possibly? Good luck to the bloke, the battle for 17th seems a good place for him to start

East Londoner
Easy game for him today and didn’t do a lot wrong in fairness
cidercity1987
Yes he was fine especially compared to a lot of the cowboys this season. I counted only three mistakes
Colemanballs
Way better than the average ref we've had this season.
JoeAman08
Wouldn’t have guesses. Rarely noticed him which is always a good sign. Thought he should have booked someone for tackle on williams first half but that is far for me. Then booked Scott for not much but those things quite normal. Not bad wouldn't mind him again
Northern Red
He might be one that they're looking to move up to Championship level, to replace any that are retiring or moving up to the PL, and today's game was a trial of sorts.

Thought he got away with that one in the first half, especially with his antics after. Then after the foul in the second half, he then kicked the ball away. Might not of been so lucky with another ref. Thought he did generally well though, especially making his debut in the championship. Nice game to start with as well. bcfc01
Easy game for him, but he was a class up on most of the shite we've had this season.

COYR Finally got booked in the 87th minute after around 6 or 7 different offences vs Scott getting immediately booked first half the first time he even needed to attempt a tackle tracking back. It tells you everything you need to know about how abysmal refereeing has been at AG that basic inconsistency like this still qualifies (and it does) as much better than we've had all season.
