old_eastender
Shows the gap we have to close, when we are losing 2 down to an Huddersfield side that rested 6 players. May as well at least give Conway a run out for the whole of the 2nd half, Idehan for Dasilva is another swap. 2 Quote Link to comment
pillred
Such a shame our game last week against Hull was not the last game of the season as it looks like we are going to end on a disappointing result today. Quote Link to comment
Red_Alligator
That's a little harsh on us. 2 Quote Link to comment
Banjo Red
2 lucky goals first deflected off someones shin into his path to shoot. Second bundled in could have gone anywhere No need to stress onwards to next season. 3 Quote Link to comment
Jerseybean
Despite the scoreline a decent first half, good tempo to the game, well refereed, Huddersfield look very competent and capable, we have retained the ball well and managed a lot of pressure reasonably well. Remarkable that they finished 20th last season. Quote Link to comment
Lanterne Rouge
Absolute howler from the Reading keeper. Luton 1 up. He`s behind you! 1 Quote Link to comment

A five match unbeaten run doesn’t make this squad of players world beaters all of a sudden. Quote Link to comment
bcfc01
Poor defending from our back three. Quote Link to comment

Rossi the Robin
Was that offside in the build up for the 2nd goal? Quote Link to comment

Numero Uno
Is it a coincidence that Williams is rested (rightly so imo) and we become easier to break down? Definitely the midfield area we need to look at next season. 2 Quote Link to comment

He’s having a bit of a mare today. Easily done for the 1st goal. Easily done for the 2nd goal, plus numerous times caught out of position. The centre midfield 2 are absolute pony today as well. And Weimann only had 8 touches all half, and 5 of those were in added time!! 1 Quote Link to comment
Curr Avon
City don't deserve to be 2-0 down. They've had some good half chances and have just been edged out on shots. The difference is that Huddersfield's are far more compact, making them harder to play through, better in possession and able to deploys their wing backs from a strong, flat midfield 3. Nothing to be ashamed of, Huddersfield are a quality side. Quote Link to comment

That's football and a good indicator, if nothing else, of why both teams are placed where they are at the end of this season. Goals win football matches, simple as that. 1 Quote Link to comment
