Popular Post cidered abroad
What a great guy he is. Alright so good managers can make mistakes, be too abrasive for some, but if the players give 100% in training and games, they will get his respect and affection in return. He was very good for Bristol City, just as Nigel Pearson is now for City. Straight talking, hard working and with a good deal of talent to coach, manage and sometimes to nurse the players.

Engvall’s Splinter
Out of interest, do we utilise Graham Bird with him being based in Bristol?
NcnsBcfc
Whilst thankful to Gregor for this interview. I think the one we all want to hear is "What went wrong that caused a record breaking L1 promotion campaign manager to being sacked in under 6 months?" That would make for a great popcorn interview I reckon 4

I don’t know, but he’s very close to Holloway, Penrice, etc… ….so I doubt it! Trying to remember who he managed…Keynsham definitely, BMF? Mangotsfield? That might be the Penrice connection??? So why try to twist it?
Port Said Red
I didn't realise that Janneh was so devout. That could cause him issues each time Ramadan falls within the football season. Having said that, there are a lot of others in the same position, like Salah for example.
Merrick's Marvels
"The Chairman is brilliant and the CEO is brilliant. They trust me with everything." You left out "because" Steve, didn't you? Come on, you can tell us. "Unlike the last lot" is what you mean. "Now, I probably love him, if you know what I mean" "If you know what I mean" Don't panic mate, we're not getting the wrong end of the wotsit about you and Wilbs! I guess it's something that they learn to manage as they get more experienced. Though it will very each year on how much it impacts the season, if at all. Yet he specifically offers up in this interview that he has a good relationship with them. So, nothing to see here, disappointing though that may be for some.
