If you watch , Southgate relies heavily on Steve Holland for any tactical changes or ideas ,or substitutions Thats not a criticism , Holland has good coaching pedigree , and Southgate has done a excellent job in bonding a squad that enjoy being and playing together , which is no mean feat and has served us well I’ve never been convinced totally by GS and there will be a point where it is healthy for this squad to hear a different voice , and with a different approach tactically When that is , I’m not sure , .....post the WC , If we stall , possibly Edited June 9, 2022 by Sheltons Army Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
