Have received a £100 parking fine on 21/04/2022 reduced to £60 if payed before 22/06/22 , for parking at Ashton gate when redeeming my season card loyalty bonus. Parking@Ashton Gate have stated by email that the fine will be cancelled. ParkingEye insist that I have lost the appeal & therefore need to pay the fine . Over the the last two weeks I have contacted parking @Ashton gate by email on two occasions asking for clarification . However I have received zero replies. Can someone please give give me sound advice as to what to do, or even better sort out the matter , this would be much appreciated
