Red army 75 kindly sent me his codes but I couldn’t use them without the website crashing (something to do with an under 12 being part of the booking), so I gave the ticket office a call and they said rather casually “oh yes that’s a known problem, you have to call us”; I said well I’m calling you now and she said their systems are down so it’s online only til tomorrow?

in the end I paid full price

did anyone manage to make it work?

Did try that option but still get the unused coupon message ?

I had this message, I had unwittingly entered the code twice.

Need to clear your basket completely and start again

There wasn't a way to remove the extra voucher

I got there in the end

The sensible option would have been to have a drop down option for "adults mates rates" and then prompt for the code

Hope this can help someone

1. Select your seats

2. Select "adult" (not the default adult member)

3. Allocate different names against each ticket

4. Scroll down to the voucher box and enter the mates code

5. The original ticket price now updates to £12.50

6. Proceed to payment

As long as it has processed it will be OK - the system in theory wants different accounts logged but if it has worked I'd go with it

Phone them up - it took me 5mins compared to the 45 I spent trying to understand the website. It needs an overhaul

The website has had on running problems for ages. It needs a new one done proberly

It's so unintutitive it's unbelievable 0/10 for UI and UE. Don't you just love the way it always tries to trick you into signing up for a paid "discount scheme" after you pay for tickets? Completely unnecessary, and such a scummy practice. It's nice to see that the media team have got things together, now  time to sort out the IT.
