Need to start to get creative lads, start of the new season and we need chants for Wilson, Naismith and Sykes.

What we thinking?
Will be quite inspiring to the players having their name sung in their first game for the club.

Some inspiration needed I believe!

I remember the Blades fans last season had a chant for Gibbs-White. Think it was to the tune of Voulez Vous. Maybe could do the same for Mark Sykes?

Ohhhhh Mark Sykessss

Mark Sykes running down the wing

Mark Sykes makes the city sing

Mark Sykes is taking us to the premier league

Watching him in pre season. I think he could be a really good player for us. I'll log off now!

My mate sent me this one him and his dad thought up.

Rhythm is a dancer

Naismith is the answer

You can play him anywhere

Stole him from the luton

He is our solution

Try and stop him if you dare

Oooohhhhhh

Kal Naismith

Oooohhhhhh

You should see him in the air

Oohhhhhh

Kal Naismith

Ooooohhhhhhhhhhhh

Like that!

This is good fun. But I'm struggling to see how the line in bold would fit, isn't the original line 'you can feel it, yeaaa' making the bolded line a few syllables too long? It's a good'n though, hope to hear it in use!

Everybody needs Kai Naismith

Will be there when you need him

thats when good Naismiths become good friends

Interestingly Neighbours final episode is on Friday, let's hope nothing happens to him before the season starts.

I’m thinking, based on previous years efforts, don’t bother.

They them not to give up their day jobs.

On a general note, unless the songs only have two or three lines and contain lots of sweat words they never get sung

No, it’s “you can feel it in the air”

Good tune, but can’t help but hear ‘Banker’ spelt with a ‘W’ in that version personally!

Could well have numerous versions. The Referee and could also do a nice one for the Sags Manager, the list is endless. All round a very catchy and flexible little ditty that.
