Last season he was out the picture, and was largely expected to move on and he has got himself back in the team. Nige indicated that he had had a good preseason and circumstance means that players are needed to provide cover. Whether that means that Vyner is only around as there is no-one else fit and can play in that position, or that Nige genuinely thinks that Zak can be an asset to the squad now.
