  1. I was there that day as well. 1-0 to us, can’t remember who scored but it ended a bad run for us. 3 months later we were up to 5th (iirc) after beating the Gas 2 days before Christmas.
  2. That’s what they were telling each other, obviously it wasn’t based on any actual evidence just the usual deluded, over inflated opinion they have of themselves and their funny little club. No doubt the same numptys who can’t fathom why Matty Taylor would want to sign for City and play in the Championship when he could’ve stayed put and become a ‘Gas legend’
  3. Another one I’d forgot. They even put on X or Facebook some post with their badge and Liverpools badge with details tba. FFS these are all in one season Most other clubs spread these cock ups over a decade.
  4. I don’t doubt it mate. I can’t remember whether the fax machine story was officially used by the club or something was leaked but it’s still hilarious that is the line they went with The best bit was seeing them give it the “unlucky da shit”, “announce promotion” and “we’re comin 4 u shit eds” before the eventual meltdown. The Dan Hargreaves spoof account saying the deal was off which was dismissed by the man himself as bullshit about 10 minutes before having to admit that the spoof account actually got it right. The following day we beat Swansea. Decent weekend.
  5. I forgot their new state of the art stand
  6. I know we’ve got our ‘Champagne Moment’ of the season but I was wondering what their MD20/20 moment of the season was? 1) Forgetting to fax the paperwork off when trying to sign JCH 2) 75 fans to Fleetwood 3) losing 5-0 to Lincoln 4) Their ‘Daddy’ getting sacked and replaced by Arnold Rimmer 5) Their club suggesting disabled fans are abnormal 6) Breaking their own record for consecutive games without a goal after selling their best player for £4 million less than they said he was worth. 7) Having their attendances beaten by our Women’s team I may have missed out many others. Personally I think the whole JCH **** up takes some beating.
  7. Yes it is. He seems a pretty decent lad in fairness but he must wish he never posted that video considering the number of times it’s been reposted by City fans whenever the Gas provide us with another gift
  8. I’m not sure they’re even a ‘real’ thing anymore. It’s unbelievable that a supposedly professional football club can drop so many absolute clangers on a regular basis. If it’s not the club or the manager embarrassing themselves it’s the fans.
  9. Yes. Its like “OMG calm down, you weren’t meant to see it” Idiots.
  10. I strolled around Morrisons not really thinking that it was even a remote possibility that Rovers could **** it up so badly. I checked BBC football in the car park for Citys score then thought I might as well look at L2. That was about 16:40. The following 15 minutes seemed like 15 hours Absolutely hilarious!
  11. This is always a glorious listen. Thank you for posting it.
  12. It says something about our supporters that the”‘most mundane and beige club in the entire division” average MORE at home than Stoke City.
  13. I’m a bit confused? Only last August they were wetting themselves over the best squad they’ve ever assembled with a certain promotion challenge to look forward to and today they finish the season 19 points behind the play offs and below the mighty Exeter again. Did they get a massive points deduction or something?
  14. Depends which non league ground you’re talking about? 10 years this year.
