The banner on the front page needs updating badly, the first 4 pen pics when I logged on today were Stern John, Jennison Myrie Williams, Peter Styvar and Michael Mcindoe. It's a different size from the current one, so there's little point replacing the existing ones, as we're changing it soon anyway. Tom is extremely busy at the moment and hasn't been at his desk for a good while. He's the only one with ftp access to change the images, so yes, it is difficult/impossible for anyone else to do.
