Body alignment advice? You are leaning to the right Tommy.

Health and fitness is such a vast field it can't hurt to have some outside input. As long as it is complimentary to the other work they do, should be all good.

Does this mean the rumours are true and he's off to Rangers?

Wasn't even ex-England, he'd just come back from the World Cup (albeit a disastrous tournament)

I personally was very happy with signing James at the time.

his last game before taking to the pitch in the opener vs Millwall was against Germany in the World Cup knockout stages, very much a contemporary England goalkeeper that summer

Weston Super Mare is an obvious miss, Clifton St Vincents, De Veys and Totterdown United..............I think that covers it in terms of decently supported opposition in this region.

    you forgot Rovers...

...always wanted to see us play Willand

  4. Looking to catch the race after the game tomorrow - as i’m not local any suggestions on a decent pub along north street/in the direction of the station?

can only think of the sports bar or the rising sun/masonic that have sky sports in the area?

I would say that for a game to be considered a proper derby you need to have a crossover of fans who live in the same area, work together etc. As England and Wales are pretty separate I don't think it was ever really the case here, if you lived/worked in Cardiff then it would probably have a derby feel but that's going to be a minority of fans. Severnside derby is a label I don't really go along with although can see why the club or someone like sky like to use it to hype it up, the game is still a good rivalry compared to what we have in the rest of the division and hoping there is another good atmosphere on Sat like the game last season.

Having lived in Cardiff it's a big one for me.

Got a mate coming over from Pontcanna for this one - converting him from a neutral to a City fan

Went to an Exeter Torquay game years ago and the home fans response to Torquay was effectively we don’t care enough to hate you! Defo Argyle Exeter over everything.

"We only laugh at the Torquay" is what Argyle fans used to sing. I've been to Exeter vs Torquay and Exeter vs Plymouth games and there is simply no comparison. As previous posters have mentioned its like us and yeovil, not much in it.

Exeter vs Argyle though... now that is tasty. Must be the second biggest derby in these parts after us against the blue few

I used park and ride and was fine. Rubbish results for first game. Got tickets now for leicester. Will the park and ride be open as Easter Friday?? And does anyone know about the dj parking as may get back to the car quicker if this is an option. Not sure what time I should be there as a 12.30 kick off? All help is much appreciated

I am planning on using it on Good Friday. I suspect it will be the usual timings - first service (the £1 one) is 2.5 hours prior to kick off

Thanks all much appreciated.  Maybe street is the best option. Just don't wanna get a ticket or be clamped

I would add a +1 to the portway park and ride option. Used it for the past 2 seasons, coming in from the M4 Eastbound, it's pretty handy - buses are very regular, start 2.5 hours before kick off and run through to 2 hours after full time (I think) and are every 15 or so mins.

Hail Michegan! The Wolverines are the newly crowned college champions after beating Washington last night (this morning) in Houston, landing them with a glittering 15-0 record. A couple of breakout runs in the first quarter gave the Huskies a mountain they couldn't quite scale. A few ill-timed turnovers from battered QB Peniz Jr.  gave Michegan the chance to squeeze the opportunities for a comeback. Seemed quite a refreshing battle this season without most of the usual suspects. Next time the play-offs are going to be expanded, so that will be worth a good watch.

praying big Jim comes to sunny LA to coach Herbert..

Should be obvious but we're not dealing with tactical geniuses on here, what some people are watching,or think they're watching, during a game,is hilarious at times. (Yes,you two idiots behind me in the upper Lansdown,I mean you)

Could have sworn you were referring to the 3 moaning musketeers behind me in the South Stand. Against Millwall we had all the usual groans about backwards passing, and even a claim that Manning makes the players 'run too fast'. The fact that I would guess they've been watching football for decades longer than me, yet still have such a poor grasp of the fundamentals is beyond belief.

Not sure if it's been mentioned in the previous 27 pages but the referee on Sunday is Graham Scott and we will be treated to VAR !!!!!

Will this be our first experience of VAR, or was it used at the Etihad in 2018 ?

    Our second game with VAR...

First was another FA Cup tie during the covid season vs Premier League Sheff Utd (think purple shirts, Alfie Mawson and Ryley Towler).

Mawson was sent off & Sheff Utd awarded a pen via VAR, which Billy Sharp (of course) duly tucked away.

Man City cup tie was pre VAR - a better time!

my abiding memory of this is a Pompey fan in what I presume was a Christmas gift, a cream jumper/cardigan, getting so irate with City fans chanting at him about it, he eventually took it off and threw it on the ground, only to be escorted out by Hants Police about 10 seconds later. A prime example of 1 vs 1000s in a gesticulation/shouting match, the 1 is never gonna win 🤣

Spot on! West Ham offered an either or option, tickets or digital. But because 6k season ticket holders aren’t digital the club had no option than agree to tickets. In context, West Ham have 45k season ticket holders and only 2k are not digital. We have 14k season tickets where 6k have cards!🫣

why are we so backwards ffs
