Swansea away that year was magic. Two goals in thirty seconds in a 5-0 win. Think he got a hat trick that night.

Looks nailed on to be the next gas manager judging by that interview.

Jerry has been great whenever needed. Sorted Cardiff tickets for me and my son when my account hadnt registered that we’ve been to away matches.

Barton’s presser is going to be absolute gold at this rate
We’re way better than them
Offside goal was onside
Shouldve had a pen
Red card isn’t a red card
We’re better than them
Weak minded individual of a ref ruined it
This is gold. He actually said all of this.

Yup. Aged 13 my first away derby. Silk scarfs tied to wrists. Howling gale and all 5 goals right in front of me.
Great memories. Miss you dad.Scarves tied to wrists. Can’t remember the last time I saw that. Used to do it all the time in the 80s.

None of them seem to mention that we demolished the team at the top of their division 5-1

I don't know the lie of the land exactly but would it be possible for a ball to theoretically clear the ground and roll all the way to the IKEA roundabout via Alton Road and Muller Road?
I don’t know about that but having just listened to their new owners interview on radio Bristol, there’s going to be a lot of tumbleweed blowing that way.

Just a thought but he pulled up at the end of the Cheltenham friendly. Wondering if it’s been mismanaged since then.

He gets us out of our seats. He’s needed time to adjust but I like the way he’s forward thinking. Prefer him to the let down that was O’dowda

Hollowhead has never liked us and we’ve never liked him but taking rivalry out of it, he’s a great family man who has always looked out for his girls. So this reveal could be a great message, however, as a club that employs Barton and Brown this seems like just another crap PR stunt to deflect from what they really are.

Add to the list they found the only Saudi investor that had no money. I’m no longer sure if I hate them any more. Every day at the moment is a laugh a minute.

Jesus wept. How the hell do they lap him up? He has absolutely no idea what he’s talking about
Just listened and even Geoff starts with tens of thousands of gas will be listening and later on the two of them are slagging the new lawn. Nice bloke Geoff but once a gas, always a gas

Is that 8542 plus 1300 or are they deliberately misrepresenting?
Once the tractor boys saw da famous quarterz, they instantly crossed over and became part of the blue few.

I was actually at that match yesterday. The film isn’t mine but the whole match from start to finish was unbelievable. The insults between the benches all game was on another level. It was bottom of the league against top with the bottom team throwing away a 4-2 lead with ten minutes to go to lose 5-4, hence the celebration and the melee.

Anyone else notice the subtle rebranding on radio Bristol yesterday? From Joey to Joe Barton. Same crap - different name

Your opening para resonates with me, because for me, it shows how Billy big bollox we thought we were / had became. No humility in the way we thought we’d become “big”…yet every season one or more so called little clubs finished above us. We never won that mini-league despite creating far bigger losses.
This resonates with me too. Comments such as a premier league club in training just reinforced our attitude. I can remember the game at Luton where on a boiling hot afternoon, we strutted out needlessly in our tracksuit tops before tossing them to Murray. We had an air of superiority about us but Luton just looked at us before smashing us 3-0.

A little envious looking at what Brentford have achieved. The difference in their strategy and the wasted Ashton years underlines what could have been.

He seems like a decent bloke but he just doesn't really add anything that we don't already know. The endless list of birthdays at half time instead of the half time scores really annoys me.

Keeps talking about emotions and the players not controlling the emotional side of it. I don’t get it. I’m not convinced the players are getting it either.
